Marry Me Chicken Pasta – High Protein, Flavor Packed

📝 Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  • 1 lb chicken breast

  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth

  • ½ cup Fairlife protein milk

  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup blended cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

🧂 Seasonings

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Fresh basil (for garnish or to mix in)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season & Cook the Chicken. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In a large skillet, sear the chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F). Remove from pan and set aside to rest.

  1. Make the Creamy Sauce. In the same skillet, add:

    • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth

    • ½ cup Fairlife protein milk

    • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

    • ½ cup blended cottage cheese

    • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

    • 1 tbsp tomato paste

    • 1 tbsp minced garlic

    Stir well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy.

  1. Combine Everything. Slice or chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss until everything is fully coated and heated through.

  1. Garnish & Serve. Finish with fresh basil and an extra sprinkle of parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
