A healthy, flavorful, and protein-packed bowl perfect for lunch or dinner. The creamy yogurt dill sauce complements the crispy salmon and fluffy jasmine rice, creating a balanced meal you’ll love.
Step 1: Prepare Your Salmon
Cut fresh salmon fillets into uniform cube-shaped pieces.
Place into a mixing bowl and season with:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Lightly coat your air fryer basket with a low-calorie cooking spray.
Cook salmon at 390°F for 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly crispy on the outside.
Step 2: Prepare the Rice
Use Jasmine rice (Mahatma brand shown here).
Prepare per package instructions (generally 1:1 water to rice ratio).
Once cooked, season with a pinch of salt or a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor.
Step 3: Make the Yogurt Dill Sauce
In a small bowl, combine:
Greek Yogurt
Dijon Mustard
Fresh Dill, chopped
Lemon Zest
Fresh Lemon Juice
Paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix well and adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
